Mr. Henry has been involved with the healthcare industry for over 40 years. He began his healthcare career in 1975 at Kadlec Medical Center in the state of Washington, where in addition to being the CEO for that facility, he also had contractual responsibilities for six rural facilities in the surrounding area. In 1983, Mr. Henry joined the St. Luke’s Hospital Corporation as President and CEO where he implemented the merger of three hospital organizations into one regional organization identified as Empire Health Services. Prior to joining Northern Montana Health Care in 1994, Mr. Henry also provided corporate consulting services in the areas of restructuring, acquisition and litigation support.

Over his career, Mr. Henry has and continues to serve on numerous community and professional boards including the Washington State Insurance Trust, Blue Cross of Washington and Alaska, and Chairman of the New West Health Plan. Mr. Henry is currently Chairman of the Montana Hospital Association Worker’s Compensation Board, Chairman of the Northcentral Montana Health Care Alliance, Executive Committee of Yellowstone Insurance Exchange, and currently serving on the Board of Director of Blue Cross of Montana.

Mr. Henry received his Master Degree in Hospital Administration from the University of Washington, Seattle, Washington and is a Fellow in the College of Healthcare Executives and a member of the American College of Medical Practice Executives.

Mr. Arlett is one of the founders of American Hospital Management Company. He is an experienced, international healthcare executive with more than 25 years of progressive responsibility in hospital and health system management. During his career, Mr. Arlett has directed the development and implementation of new hospital development; hospital turnaround; capital creation; mergers and acquisitions as well as providing leadership to health plans and strategic alliances.

Mr. Arlett is considered a pioneer in global private healthcare and is an in demand speaker on topics such as opportunities in private healthcare and international healthcare leadership.

Prior to joining American Hospital Management, Mr. Arlett held positions with Stanford University Medical Center, Sonora Community Hospital, Sutter Health and Northern Montana Healthcare. Mr. Arlett is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives, the American Society of Healthcare Economists, the International Healthcare Economists Association and the Healthcare Financial Management Association.

Dr. Vivek Sama is an Orthopedic Surgeon trained at the Royal Orthopedic Hospital, Birmingham, U.K. He has practiced at the Wycombe & Amersham Hospitals in the U.K., and Sir Gangaram Hospital, New Delhi. He is a graduate of the prestigious Maulana Azad Medical College, New Delhi. Vivek received his MBA at the Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University, majoring in Health Service Management, Finance, and Marketing.

Prior to returning to India, Vivek worked with Bain & Co., a top-tier global strategy consulting firm, in their San Francisco office. At Bain, Vivek advised senior management of several healthcare corporations, including hospital groups and managed care organizations.
Vivek relocated to India in 2007 as Executive Partner and Head of North Indian Operations for HealthCare Global Enterprises (HCG), a leader in cancer hospitals and research in India. He launched the company’s operations in North India, structuring and executing partnership projects in New Delhi and other North Indian cities. In 2009, Vivek founded Sama Healthcare, a company dedicated to operating Hospitals, Clinics, Day Surgery Centers, and Renal Dialysis Centers.
Vivek also manages Chiranjiv Medical Foundation, a charitable trust funding medical and surgical treatment for deserving patients.

Mr. Morrissey holds a degree from Babson College with a major in Investments/Entrepreneurial Studies, a a Master of Finance from Tulane University as well as a MBA from Florida International University. He adds to the international experience of American Hospital Management Company by having worked and studied abroad in three continents.

Prior to joining American Hospital Management Company, Mr. Morrissey had been living in Chile participating in PROJECT CHILE, a program developed in partnership with the international business community to promote an understanding of world business, global awareness, and Spanish language skills. Mr. Morrissey is experienced in hospital budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning and medical tourism; as well as managing contracting and compliance issues with International and National insurance companies. He is active in the American Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Panama as the co-founder and the elected Chairman of the Health Committee.

Ms. Bower is a graduate of the University of Montana and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Marketing. While at the School of Business, Tess worked with multiple local and international companies to create and implement business and marketing plans.

During her time with American Hospital Management Company she has applied her experience with market research, social media and public relations to further enhance AHMC’s marketing and PR efforts. Ms. Bower is also responsible for marketing of network hospitals, social media management, management of AHMC website, hospital website evaluations and recommendations, marketing and business plans, AHMC marketing collateral, assistance with Business Development, event planning, email marketing, drafting and publishing AHMC newsletter and press releases.

Dr. Ahmed Mostafa began his business career approximately 30 years ago when he joined the marketing team of the American company, Beckman Instruments, Inc. in Egypt. He has extensive knowledge and experience in marketing and sales of scientific and medical equipment in Egypt and the Arab region from many international companies including Philips Analytical, B. Braun, and others.

In 1998, Dr. Mostafa joined the first professional hospital marketing team in Egypt for one of the most famous hospitals, Dar Al-Fouad; operated in collaboration with Cleveland Clinic (USA). Throughout his 17 years of healthcare marketing experience in Egypt he has worked as the National Sales Manager for five Magrabi Eye Hospitals and Centers and the Business Development Manager for As-Salam International Hospital. Dr. Mostafa has also worked as a free-lance Marketing Consultant for Magrabi Eye Hospitals and Centers and Memorial Souad Kafafi Medical Center.

Dr. Mostafa graduated from Faculty of Medicine, Ain Shams University – Cairo, Egypt in 1979 as an ENT surgeon, prior to embarking on his marketing career. He has participated in many business-related studies and training programs in multiple educational institutions, including the American University in Cairo (AUC).

Rayan Fouad Mustafa Azab was born in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia and has lived in United States for over 18 Years. As a young entrepreneur in America, Rayan established his first company when he we was 18 years old. His success in event management established his company as a leader in the production & entertainment industry.

The experience as a business owner coupled with valuable business relationships in Saudi Arabia led Rayan to pursue international business ventures. He has recently returned to The Gulf to work closely with companies to attract international businesses and partners to expand in the GCC. Mr. Azab has a Master’s of Business Administration from The University of Liverpool.
